Torksey Lock
Torksey Lock
The calm side of the lock. The Fossdyke Navigation comes in from the right, where there are boat moorings. The navigation leads into Torksey Lock for boats to lock down onto the tidal River Trent. The lock keeper, apart from being very helpful, also keeps a very tidy site, including the word "TORKSEY" picked out in topiary below me.
