Fault Corner
Fault Corner
The upper part of a slumped cliff of Forest Marble, seen from the coast path and the Monarch's Way. A fresh mudslide occurred during the wet summer this year (2012). Out of sight below, the resultant landslip partly crosses the beach. A geological analysis of the fault, the mudslide and the rocks here is at LinkExternal link .
