The Royal Terrace Gardens, which surround the paths and steps of Rock Walk, were recently completely restored, and re-opened on 2nd October 2010. This view is from the bottom of the 150-or-so steps which climb the face of the hill above the A379 Torbay Road. The bay beyond is backed by the beach of Torre Abbey Sands.
