NJ9405 : Avoiding line

Avoiding line
Avoiding line
The North end of Aberdeen Station has disappeared beneath the Trinity Shopping Centre and its car park (seen dead ahead). Only a handful of passenger services now depart northwards compared to the glory days of the pre-1923 Grean North of Scotland Railway. The single track visible is for the occasional freight train to avoid the main part of the station.
