Entrance to the Fossdyke, near Torksey Lock
The Fossdyke canal where it joins the River Trent. The Fossdyke runs to Lincoln SK9571 : Cycle Route 64 alongside the Fossdyke. Thought to have been built by the Romans in AD 120, it is regarded as the oldest canal in Britain still in use.
