Bourne Wood
Or should I say "Germania"? This part of the Alice Holt Forest has often been used as a film location. Probably most famously is the opening battle scene of Ridley Scott's "Gladiator". These Scots Pines are nicely spaced allowing room for horses and enough light to film. "On my signal, unleash Hell!"
