TA1529 : Falkland Road Railway Bridge

taken 11 years ago, near to Salt End, East Riding of Yorkshire, Great Britain

Falkland Road Railway Bridge
Falkland Road Railway Bridge
Embankment at the southeast corner of Greatfield Estate, presumably built for a bridge over the Hull to Withernsea railway line linking Falkland Road, Greatfield with Somerden Road and Hedon Road on the south side of the railway. The railway line and bridge no longer exist and neither does the road.
