Canal bridge 213, Keynsham
Most of the route of the Kennet & Avon canal between Bristol and Bath is the course of the River Avon, which flows through a wide valley and has been made navigable by a series of locks and weirs, such as here at Keynsham Lock, part of a 250 metre long section of the canal constructed to bypass a sharp bend in the river.
