The view towards No.1 Street and the waymarked Thames embarkment path in one part of the former Woolwich Arsenal compound. This 9.2 calibre coastal defence gun, with a range of 16 miles, was used on the Gibraltar peninsula between 1908-50. Foot passenger ferries arrive and depart from the Woolwich Arsenal jetty located to the right of the metal humanoid sculptures ahead.
