Opposite Hill Croome church is a farm with an unusual dovecote of cruck construction. The dovecote has been restored by Avoncroft Museum of Buildings. The dovecote is on private property.

The British Listed Buildings website informs that the dovecot is C15 timber framed with C17 brick rear wall and has a plain tile roof with a small wood ventilating turret. See: LinkExternal link

Historic England description:
Dovecot C15 timber framed with C17 brick rear wall. Gable-ended plain tile roof with small wood ventilating turret. Large pair of restored cruck blades to East front. Paired tension braces to South and North sides. Plaster panels. Brick rear wall has nesting boxes. Owned and restored by the Avoncroft Museum of Buildings.
