Disused quarry on the flank of St Agnes Beacon
Disused quarry on the flank of St Agnes Beacon
Given its proximity to the former Royal Artillery Practice Base of Cameron Camp, this quarry is likely to have been the source of stone for buildings on that site. The camp is now almost completely removed, although a SW7050 : Sentry Box, Cameron Camp remains as a marker to the site.
