Blaeberries (Vaccinium myrtillus)
Blaeberries (Vaccinium myrtillus)
A good reason to be out on the hills in Summer. They seem to be smaller this year, but just as sweet and tasty. Growing on the southern slopes of Caerketton Hill, rather stunted due to grazing pressure, they can grow waist high.
