Angel Mountain from the southeast
Angel Mountain from the southeast
The craggy summit of Mynydd Carningli was fortified in the Iron Age period long before Saint Brynach was said to have communed there with angels. More recently the mountain has been the setting for the Angel Mountain sequence of historical novels by a local author.
