M67 motorway
M67 motorway
Viewed from Clark Way looking west towards Manchester. The M67 was conceived as motorway link from Manchester to Sheffield but the only parts that were built were the Hyde and Denton bypasses opened in the late 1970s. Prior to the motorway the view here would have been of George Street with terraced housing, several pubs and two churches.
