Arley railway station signalbox
Arley railway station signalbox
The original signalbox at Arley was demolished after the station closed in 1963.
This signalbox, installed in 1974 during the restoration of the line by the heritage Severn Valley Railway is a composite. The building structure, of LNWR design, was originally located at Yorton, near Whitchurch in Shropshire. The lever frame came from the signalbox formerly on Kidderminster mainline station.
