Steps to the Humber
The steps are only a few metres to the east of the north tower of the Humber Bridge. They don't seem to serve an awful lot of purpose - maybe easier access to the chalk-pebbled foreshore just a few feet below.

The photograph is lit from behind by the road lights on the Humber Bridge above. The river appears blurred as the photo was of a few seconds exposure.
