NO0341 : And the Train Goeth

near to Little Dunkeld, Perth And Kinross, Great Britain

And the Train Goeth
And the Train Goeth
The 19.15 from Dunkeld and Birnam leaves bang on time.
Note the yellow steps at the platform edge. When the station was built as the Terminus of The Perth and Dunkeld Railway in 1856 the platform height was approximately 1 foot lower than the modern day rolling stock, so these steps are to allow easier entrance/exit to the modern carriages. (1 foot is about 280 millimetres)
