Stone Wall by Llyn Cyfynwy
Stone Wall by Llyn Cyfynwy
This substantial stone wall follows the footpath up from the road and then turns at this corner to cross the moor above the northern end of Lake Cyfynwy. It is only shown on the O.S. 25,000 scale map. Where it is failing it is possible to see many of the small packing pieces of stone used by the craftsmen in the original construction.
