Morwenna House, Duchy Square, Princetown
This is the rather sad centre of Princetown, a derelict building dating from 1905 on a demolition site, opposite the tourist information centre and SX5973 : Two pubs in Princetown. It was built by Albert Bolt as a family home; they owned the now-demolished Bolt's shop which adjoined it on the right, and which "catered for every need" (LinkExternal link and LinkExternal link ). (Thanks to Albert's greatgrandson for putting me onto this.) There are plans for a "new arts & crafts workspace/gallery project" LinkExternal link .
