This is taken from the path near the sunken garden. The private garden of the house can be seen, along with the neatly clipped topiary and the immaculately mown lawn. This was taken on a beautifully clear February Saturday during the 2007 snowdrop event, hence the cars parked in the front field on the far right of this photograph. The main drive can also just be seen running up/down the hill in this area of the photograph.
