Curious sawn tree trunk, nr Whitchurch
A big tree had been cut up and left lying on the ground. It is apparent that this big trunk was formed from two smaller branches gradually growing together over many years. I presume that the triangle, which is made up of twigs and branches, was originally outside the tree but eventually became engulfed.
