The Royal Canal at Drumcondra Road Lower, Dublin, Ireland
The Royal Canal was opened in 1796 and joins the River Liffey to the River Shannon. The seated figure is a statue of Brendan Behan, an Irish poet, short story writer, novelist and playwright.
O1535 : National Wax Museum, Dublin Sadly this building has been demolished. There is buliding works on the site now, apartments I think. The National Wax Museum is relocating to Grafton Street and will re-open summer 2007
