Footpath through gravel pit, Badminston
Footpath through gravel pit, Badminston
The public footpath follows the route between the two banks of gravel, right through the middle of the gravel extraction works between Badminston Drove and Badminston Lane. The elevated viewpoint is from a ladder over the conveyor belt that takes the gravel to the works on the far side of the B3053 road (see SU4601 : Conveyor belt, gravel pit, Badminston).
