This red sandstone Georgian building, with Tuscan porch, dates from about 1800. Beyond is the modern Bradninch Court. The buildings, currently used by educational administration, the WEA, and related organisations, face Castle Street, which runs up from the High Street to SX9292 : Law Courts in Exeter Castle.
