A plain yellow brick house aggrandised by a pedimented tetrastyle portico of Ionic columns. It was built in 1796-98 to the designs of Joseph Bonomi for Harry Portal. Grade II* listed.
At the time of the photo it looked as if restoration was nearing completion.
The photographer location is uncertain.
