Casualties of the Storm
Casualties of the Storm
High above Llandudno a few of these Scots Pines have succumbed to the recent gales. Counting the tree rings on one stump indicates that they are about 70 years old. The gate in the centre of the picture leads to a seat at a viewpoint, although the fallen trees have demolished the fence alongside.
