Forster Square Ground Zero
Forster Square Ground Zero
This is the site of an alleged "development" of Forster Square. The site has been cleared for many months but the developers are waiting until the shops are let before starting building. This could take several years before completion (or even starting).

The fine building with the chimney stacks is the Midland Hotel.

As of April 2009 the rubble has been cleared and some infrastructure work has been undertaken but no building work has begun and the developers Westfield have said that none will be done during 2009.
