Plas Eryr
Plas Eryr
Plas Eryr (eagle mansion) was the home of a succession of GPs. For the best part of 70 years it was the home and surgery of the Marren's, father and daughter GPs. The father a highly decorated WWI MO came from Ireland and had learnt a form of pidgin Welsh with which to converse with his patients most of whom had limited English, and many none at all.
