The rocky path to Brynrefail
The rocky path to Brynrefail
This path from Brynrefail to Deiniolen was our route home from detention practically every Thursday during our 'happy' days at the now long disappeared Brynrefail Grammar School. The school bus went at 4 and as the next bus connecting the two villages was at 9.30 pm, there was nothing we could do except schlep our way 'Trwy'r Creigia' (through the rocks) - a journey in excess of two miles.
