The statue of the Bard at the junction of Constitution Street and Bernard Street. A set of traffic lights have been placed in front of the great man.
Oh blinking traffic lights wad you stop yer changing and be replaced by traffic wardens directing cairts and horses wi' the'r haun's and erms.
