This old farmhouse has almost totally collapsed with the exception of the fireplace and chimney wall, always the strongest parts of the house. The footpath passes to the left of this side of the house, and the old barn seen at SJ1547 : Old Barn at Pen-y-bryn is to the right of this photo. The A5104 runs in the bottom of the valley far below.
