Erosion Gully between Lochnagar and The Stuic
Erosion Gully between Lochnagar and The Stuic
There are many of these erosion gullies in this area. A relatively flat high marshy plateau feeds small marshy watercourses which end up on the edge of this cliff. The action of the water on the cliff face has been to create gullies. The Stuic is at the top of the buttress in the background. View taken looking W.
