NT0147 : Junction of the North Medwin and the Westruther Burn

taken 10 years ago, near to Newbigging, South Lanarkshire, Great Britain

Junction of the North Medwin and the Westruther Burn.
Junction of the North Medwin and the Westruther Burn.
At this junction, the burns have just drained off raised moorland, and here are cutting shallow valleys into the farmland, providing good grazing and shelter for flocks of sheep.
