Maw Skellie, Auchmithie
Maw Skellie, Auchmithie
Wonderful name for the red sandstone cliff in the middle distance.

Auchmithie was where the method for producing "smokies" was developed. The landowner forbad his serfs from leaving the village in case the secret method left with them.
