Quarry at Overseal
Quarry at Overseal
The working quarry has long since gone. Part of The National Forest development the water features provide a habitat for a number of water fowl.
The photograph was taken from the field boundary to the west of the quarry and from an elevated view point. The field recently planted with native trees is of heavy clay and frequently water logged.
