Aboard the Glenlee
The sailing vessel Glenlee was built at Port Glasgow and launched in 1896. Her sailing career lasted until 1959 under 4 different names and for 3 different countries [Britain, Italy and Spain]. She was rescued from oblivion in Spain in 1992 and returned to the Clyde where she was restored and opened to the public.
