What the two Firemen are actually doing is pumping out the car park underneath Leamington Police Station during the flash floods that hit the town in April 1998. The view is looking along Newbold Terrace towards the Parade with the Pump Room Gardens (!) in the distance. It was from here that the inflatable was launched for the rescue shown in LinkExternal link
