Poles By The Black Cart Water
Poles By The Black Cart Water
Old iron poles are located on both banks of the Black Cart Water, just downstream of the confluence with the Gryfe Water. The function of these is unknown, but they may have been associated with Walkinshaw House which stood nearby from 1791 to 1920.
