Heartlands - Tin Ingot
Heartlands - Tin Ingot
This is a nice find. Resurrected from a Cornish shipwreck it's an ingot of Cornish tin. It was produced this size by law to reduce smuggling.

Cornwall has the image of being a tin mining county; true it did mine it but more copper was produced by tonnage. With the development of Parys mountain in Anglesey the miners went a little deeper and found the tin reserves.
