Newton Marsh sewage treatment plant and wind turbine
Newton Marsh sewage treatment plant and wind turbine
One if two turbines on the site, not yet operational 9 months after construction owing to problems connecting them to the grid.
A further 8 turbines have been proposed for the field to the left, and three to the field to the right. That's three windfarms next to each other.
Behind is the shipping and two WW1 forts (Haile Sand Fort and Bull Sand Fort) in the Humber Estuary.
