Winchester Cathedral, Font
The 12th century tournai marble font depicts scenes from the life of Saint Nicholas, (Santa Claus), and is still used today. Babies baptised in the font can therefore claim to have shared the process with a King, in this case King Henry III. For a view of the Nave refer to picture SU4829 : Winchester Cathedral, Nave.
