The Great Hall, Winchester
Built by Henry the third between 1222 and 1235 as an extension to his castle, It contains a representation of the Arthurian Round Table constructed in the 13th Century and said to have been painted by Henry 8th, with the Tudor Rose at its centre. It is hung vertically on an end wall.
