Herbert's Bridge crossing The North Western Cut
Herbert's Bridge crossing The North Western Cut
This dilapidated bridge was crossed with extreme caution combined with turning a blind eye to the risks involved and potential consequences of the rotting planks failing. The bridge links Farcet Fen with Whittlesey Mere which was once the largest lake in southern England but is now fertile farmland, see LinkExternal link
