TQ3083 : Granary Square, King's Cross

taken 4 years ago, near to Camden Town, Camden, Great Britain

Granary Square, King's Cross
Granary Square, King's Cross
The former gods yard complex by King's Cross Station and now redeveloped for college and retail use. A food market was in full swing and many people were enjoying a pleasant Saturday afternoon. The reflective stripes on the buildings are an art 'installation'. I was most impressed how this former industrial environment had been converted. There are still some unrestored buildings like the coal drops and the coal and fish offices.
