This is said to be the only surviving pre-Reformation wall painting in the nave of the cathedral (although half of it has been lost, and the rest restored at some time).

Rochester Cathedral is the second oldest cathedral in the country, dating back to the 7th century. It is a Grade I listed building and open to the public.
