The former Baptist Chapel, built by subscription 1801, No.4 Magdalen Gate. Above the window is an inscribed oval plaque: TA1828 : Magdalen Gate, Hedon, Yorkshire The building is unfortunately disfigured by cables and blocked doorway at right. The Hedon branch of the Royal British Legion, founded 8 March 1933, has occupied this building since 1938. LinkExternal link
