Dyma weddillion Capel Sardis, yr addoldy anghydffurfiol cyntaf (adeiladwyd 1792)ym mhlwyf Myddfai. Caewyd drysau'r capel yn 1955 ac fe'i dymchwelwyd yn 1961 er bod rhan ohono i'w weld o hyd. Cyn adeiladu'r capel bu aelodau yn cwrdd yn Nhy Blaencwm gerllaw.

The remains of Sardis Chapel, the first nonconformist chapel erected in 1792 in the parish of Myddfai. The chapel closed in 1955 and subsequently demolished in 1961 but some of the walls have survived. Before the construction of the chapel worshippers met at the adjacent Blaen Cwm House.
