SD6487 : Cartsaddle Hill, Middleton Fell

taken 4 years ago, near to Middleton, Cumbria, Great Britain

Cartsaddle Hill, Middleton Fell
Cartsaddle Hill, Middleton Fell
The curiously-named hill is a vague, bumpy ridge that rises above the intake wall before merging into the vast upper flanks of the fell. It provides easy, if somewhat dull going with few features of interest apart from the expanding backward views over the Lune Valley.
