Ordnance Survey bolt on Old Red Lane Bridge
Large bench mark on south parapet of bridge with bolt to right of datum line. This bench mark appears on the 1887 map and dates from the First primary levelling of England & Wales in the middle of the nineteenth century. Its height is 97.1m above sea level at Newlyn. The old bridge is now closed to traffic.
