Wigan Borough Cemetery and Crematorium, Lower Ince
There are three Cemeteries in the area, which gets it the name of the "Dead Centre of Wigan". This one, on Cemetery Road, was built by Wigan in the 1850s. Another, built by the local Ince Council at the same time, lies behind the photographer, on the other side of the WCML. The third, which is still in use, lies to the North.
